Funny as hell; problematic
Right out of the gate charging $2.29 for this with an optional $1 hat doubler is honestly a bit much for the content when the free web version is available. The difficulty is all over the place, half of the falling death hazards are easily identifiable while the other half are nearly indistinguishable from the hats, lookalikes can sometimes be very obvious or inobvious, and the hit registry for the hats is really unforgiving at times. Occasional major performance hitches even on a 5th-gen iPod Touch are a bit aggravating. Lastly the hat-currency unlocks are even more pointless than the occasional gift unlocks.
That said, its made me laugh out loud several times, the sound design and frenetic pacing is perfect, and I hope a fair chunk of the asking price is going to the man himself and not just the representative company(ies). I doubt itll stay fun for long, but it was a pleasant surprise.
